Cops: Woman Urinates in Police Car, Tries to Bite Officers

Nancy Fitzpatrick, 52, of Treasure Island, was charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest with violence.

A Treasure Island woman being arrested on domestic battery charges violently resisted Treasure Island police officers, had to be Tased and then urinated in a police car, according to her arrest affidavit. 

Nancy Fitzpatrick, 52, of Treasure Island, was charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest with violence. 

According to police, Fitzpatrick had been taking several prescribed prescription drugs and drinking when the confrontation began with the victim at an apartment complex pool. 

The victim, police said, tried to get Fitzpatrick to leave the pool because she had become unruly. That is when, police said, Fitzpatrick began hitting and kicking the victim. 

When Treasure Island Police attempted to arrest Fitzpatrick they said she hit and kicked the arresting officers. Fitzpatrick, according to the affidavit, also attempted to bite and scratch the officers. 

Fitzpatrick had to be wrestled and Tased to get into the police van. 

Police said when they removed Fitzpatrick she had urinated in the vehicle. 

She was released from jail on her own recognizance.
