I obtained my real estate license in 1979, my broker's license in 1981 and have been actively selling real estate ever since. I value my reputation as an honest and hard working Realtor who is experienced in all aspects of real estate. My many years in this profession have enabled me to have a source for answers to almost any question relative to home ownership. I believe that a major part of my service is to be of value to my clients long after the transaction has closed.

I have the Certified Residential Specialist designation which has been obtained by less than 5% of all real estate agents. Every CRS is a real estate professional equipped with a special expertise, thanks to advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes and more. I also have the International Marketing Specialist designation which indicates additional training in marketing property for and to non-U.S. residents.

Most recently I've received the SFR designation (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) which indicates understanding of the the principles in assisting in the short sale process. In June, 2011 I was awarded membership into the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame. This is an honor I'm quite proud of obtaining.
