Alligator Attraction

727-329-8794

Listing Manager: Lewis Gaff

At Alligator Attraction, customers can fish for live alligators. The shop charges $4 to feed meat to the gators using a pole to bait them. The baby alligators take the bait, and customers can lift them out of the water while they are on the pole to see the size of their catch. The fishing area is approximately 8' x 8' and a foot or two deep. Alligator Attraction is located in the Johns Pass Village shopping center, with plenty of metered parking out front. There is also an ATM machine, a change machine for the meters and public restrooms in the center of the parking lot by the information booth.

Not only is this entertaining it is also informative. Visitors young and old will walk away with a better understanding and appreciation of these creatures. This provides an opportunity for kids to learn to respect nature and its inhabitants.

Is this for real? How is this kind of thing even legal? those responsible and those who support it should be ashamed of themselves

alligators are beautifull WILD animals , they should never be treated as entertainment!! show some respect for these animals please don't USE and ABUSE them in this way!

This is not worth rating. This is a disaster waiting to happen.b Sooner or later, someone is going to be bitten very badly. When will people realize that wild animals are meant to be wild & are not put on this planet for our edification or our under entertained kids.
Where is this man getting his alligators?
The US department of wildlife should jail him for poaching wild animals.

the way you treat these animals is rediculas. lets tap your mouth shut and tie you up and put you in the everglades and see how much you like it. this is not how there souposed to live their lives as a walking billboard for your company. the educational part is all fine and good. but allowing kids to think this is ok is crazy. people will hold you reliable when their kid goes to play with a wild alligator because they think its ok because they went to a party with them!

This place was AMAZING! It was by far the best part of vacation for my girls. My youngest daughter who is 4 simply couldn't get enough of this wonderful place. And the owner/staff were simply the best anyone could hope for..in this day and age its hard to find people who truly care about the service they give to their customers. These people went above and beyond for their customers. We look forward to coming back when we return to Florida again! Thanks for the wonderful memories!
