Petie is a well-trained iconic looking pitbull who needs a home quick! He's so well-behaved, that he may even qualify as a service dog with more training. He's quick to pick up commands, but still has a fun personality that would be great for a family

How to Adopt

Petie is ready to go to his forever home. The adoption fee is $35 and includes the first set of shots, spaying or neutering, a collar and leash, a bag of food and a toy for the dog. We've attached an adoption form (PDF) to make it easy.

Adopt Petie, and we will feature your photo with your new pet on Patch, too!

If you want to see other animals available for adoption, Pinellas County Animal Services will be having an event at the PetSmart in Largo Mall this Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. showcasing some adorable pets.

If you adopted any of our pups we featured, let us know and shoot us a photo of them in their new home!  is still looking for that forever home though, so if you can, give her a good family. Each week that an Adoptable at Risk isn't adopted, we'll keep listing them!
