Madeira Beach Starting Chronic Nuisance Landlord Training

To go along with the new chronic nuisance property code, Madeira Beach is offering a class to help landlords deal with deal with the tenants involved with nuisance activities.

but is first looking to help landlords learn how to prevent the infractions.

Madeira Beach is offering a class that will help landlords learn how to stop chronic nuisance complaints at their properties.

With the new chronic nuisance code in place, Madeira Beach is able to fine owners and close property in cases where the Landlord has allowed nuisance activity to occur.

The class is being put out as way to teach landlords way to deal with nuisance tenants and to keep any situation from reaching that level.

The class will be taking place on February 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m and will be free to landlords in Madeira Beach.
