The planned Madeira Beach Municipal Center has been shown to the officials of Madeira Beach, according to TBN Weekly.
The design from Wannemacher Jensen Architects Inc. were shown at the December 11 city commission meeting and incorporates feedback that from residents at previous meetings.
The plan will be incorportating the waterside nature of Madeira Beach into most of its construction.
The new center will include a new city hall, fire station and recreation center.
In addition, the baseball fields near the city hall will be redone.
The recreation center is planned to seperate from the rest of the complex and be completely youth oriented.
The city hall or multipurpose building is planned to have a rooftop deck for meetings and special events.
The project is currently projected at costing $13 million to build.
