Pinellas Beaches Jail Bookings: Feb. 26 - March 3

The following report shows charges associated with residents in Gulf beach communities booked at Pinellas County Jail between Feb. 26 and March 3, along with others arrested in those communities.

The following report shows charges associated with Pinellas beach community residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Feb. 26 and March 3. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

Feb. 26

Stephen Burt, 24, of 7212 Bulf Blvd., was arrested by St. Petersburg Police on charges of a warrant on driving with a suspended license. He was released on his own recognizance.

Joseph Vincent, 41, of 100 B St. in Madeira Beach was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving with a suspended license (third offense). He was released from jail on a $5,000 bond. 

Travis Watson, 20, of 6595 Gulfwind Dr. in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on warrants for possession of diazepam, possession of marijuana and theft of property by an employee.

Feb. 27. 

Samuel Scott, 47, of 302 162nd Ave. in Redington Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of domestic battery and violation of parole for aggravated assault. He is currently awaiting trial on a $5,000 bond. 

Jeffrey Struthers, 47, of 120 52nd Ave. W. in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by Treasure Island Police on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alprazolam and DUI with property damage. He was released from jail on $2,800 in bonds. 

Natalie Tobey, 35, of 11 82nd Ave. in Treasure Island, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving with a suspended license. She was released from jail. 

Feb. 28

Kathleen Desantis, 55, of 14120 Palm S. 101 in Madeira Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication. She was released from jail. 

Michael Frontera, 48, of 7310 Burlington Ave. in St. Petersburg, was arrested by Treasure Island Police on misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from jail. 

Jacob Jimmerson, 19, of 12321 Gulf Blvd. Unit 5 in Treasure Island, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of DUI. He was released from jail on a $500 bond. 

Felicia Lepicard, 50, of 2510 Vina Del Mar Blvd in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by Kenneth City Police on misdemeanor charges of DUI. She was released on her own recognizance. 

Michael Robertson, 49, who is listed as a transient in Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police on misdemeanor charges of trespassing and sleeping in public. He was released from jail. 

March 1

Krystal Jones, 30, of 620 70th Ave. in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving with a suspended license. She was released from jail. 

March 2

Ann Ciccolini, 23, of 526 Corey Ave. Unit 4 in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of resisting an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released from jail after bonds were set at $2,300. 

Dennis Hunter, 32, who is listed as a transient in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of violation of parole for grand theft and burglary. He is currently awaiting trial. 

Ryan Kearney, 25, of 8000 Sailboat Key Blvd Apt 204 in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of aggravated domestic assault. He was released on his own recognizance. 

John Mulligan, 58, 16850 1st St. E Apt 1 in Redington Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance. 

March 3

Milvia Baylor, 38, of 12005 5th St. E in Treasure Island, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on misdemeanor charges of DUI, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, no valid drivers license and obstruction of justice. She was released from jail. 

Henry Hayes, 23, of 11425 6 St E in Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance.
