The following report shows charges associated with residents on the beaches booked at Pinellas County Jail between Feb. 20-25, along with others arrested in Pinellas beach communities.

The following report shows charges associated with Pinellas beach community residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Feb. 20-25. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

Feb. 20 

Georgette Redpatch, 46, of 8800 Blind Pass Rd. in St. Petersburg was arrested by Treasure Island Police on charges of tag not assigned, no motor vehicle registration and driving with a suspended license. Her bonds were assessed at $5,250 and she has been released. 

Richard Wallace, 47, of 3231 37th St. N in St. Petersburg was arrested by Indian Shores Police on charges of violation of parole and driving with a suspended license. He is currently awaiting trial on a $1,000 bond. 

Feb. 21

Derek Layne, 31, who is listed as a transient in Madeira Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office as a fugitive from Illinois. He is currently awaiting trial. 

John Noll, 45, of 411 88th Ave. in St. Pete Beach was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of disorderly intoxication. He was released after time served. 

Feb. 22

Nicole Cupak, 37 of 12035 Gulf Blvd., was arrested by Treasure Island Police on charges of violation of parole for a controlled substance. She is currently awaiting trial. 

Todd Kester, 46, of 108 145th Ave. in Madeira Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of burglary and domestic battery. He is currently awaiting trial and has been assessed $11,500 in bonds. 

Tiffany Long, who is listed as a transient in Madeira Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of burglary. She was released from jail. 

Feb. 23

Justin Flynn, 32, of 11165 8th St. E in Treasure Island, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended license. He was released from jail. 

John Noll, 45, of 411 88th Ave in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of petit theft. He was released on time served. 

Feb. 24

Sheri Andrewsmort, 37, of 5312 17th Ave. S in Gulfport was arrested by Treasure Island Police on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, expired tags and possession of marijuana. She has been released from jail after paying $1,150 in bonds. 

Sharon Boyce, 55, who is listed as a transient in Treasure Island, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of disorderly intoxication and disturbance. She was released from jail. 

Apollo Deleon, 45, who is listed as a transient in Treasure Island, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence. He was released from jail on time served. 

Sean Ewing, 41, of 13711 Gulf Blvd in Madeira Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of petit theft. He was released from jail. 

Charles Rice, 18, of 5405 Pali Way in St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to comply. He was released from jail. 

Feb. 25

Michael Lotterhand, 60, of 13136 4th St. E in Madeira Beach, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with a DUI. His bond was assessed at $500 and he has been released.
