Treasure Island residents will have to wait to see if a nearly 50 percent discount will be available on annual beach parking permits, Bay News 9 reports.
According to the news station:
The city recently raised the price of the permits from $5 to $75, as they now have to be offered to non-residents to ensure beach renourishment continues.
The Treasure Island City Commission was expected to pass the limited discount this past week but opted to table the resolution and talk more about it at its next workshop, Bay News 9 reports.
