A broken cylinder is being blamed for last weekend's closure of the Treasure Island drawbridge, the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Transportation officials told the newspaper they aren't sure what caused the part to break, which left the bridge stuck in the up position.
Cars can now pass over the bridge, and boats can get through on the western side, the Times reports.
A replacement part should be installed within a week, according to the Times.
