Photos: So Classic Car Show Features Hot Rods, Classic Cars

The Second Annual So Classic Car Show lured enthusiasts, collectors and more to the Tangerine Greenway in Gulfport.

Classic Chevy's, Ford's, Bentley's and more filled the Tangerine Greenway in Gulfport on Saturday. The Second Annual So Classic Car Show featured everything from a 1916 Ford Model T to a 1955 Bentley called "Her Mjstys."

Danny and Pat Green, of Riverview, brought "Her Mjstys" to the show. Danny bought the 1955 White Bentley about two years ago from a museum. Since they, "Her Mjstys" has won about 75 awards. Danny says "Best in Show" is her most popular title. While this is their first time entering in the So Classic Car Show, they say they will be back next year.

Gulfport Police Chief Robert Vincent brought out his Green 1970 Chevy Caprice and Gulfport Police Sgt. Robert Burkhart parked his Red 1965 Chevy Corvair Mazda Convertible on the grass as well.

Even Elvis stopped by Gulfport on Saturday; riding backseat in a 1959 Red Cadillac. An Elvis and Marilyn Monroe electronic mannequin entertained guests with famous quotes and top hits.

The event raised money for the Sun Coast Law Enforcement Charities, The Gulfport Teen Council and Gulfport Police Explorers.
