Pinellas County Housing Authority Opens Waiting List for New Senior Housing . . . Pinellas Heights

The Pinellas County Housing Authority is now accepting applications from low-income seniors for the new Pinellas Heights community located at 11411 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL  33778.  One and two bedroom apartment homes will be available for seniors 62 years of age or older in early 2014.  Rent for the new apartments is based on income.  Senior residents will pay approximately 30% of their monthly income for rent.  The maximum Annual Income to qualify is: 1 Person - $23,880   

2 Persons- $27,300  

Applications for Pinellas Heights may be picked up from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the following office locations:

Applications are also available via internet at www.pinellashousing.com and will remain online until the waitlist closes on December 31, 2013.  Handicapped and/or disabled applicants who are unable to pick up an application at one of the locations above may call 727-443-7684 ext. 3124 and request an application via mail.   TTY: (800) 955-8771   TTD: (800) 955-8770

Applications will ONLY be accepted by U.S. MAIL with a postmark date on or after November 7, 2013 and until waitlists closes.  Applications must be mailed to:
