The Friendly Fisherman is located on the long wooden boardwalk overlooking the famous John's Pass. With a nautical theme you can enjoy fresh seafood straight off the boat including grouper, shrimp and crab. Watch the fishing fleet come in while dining or have your own catch cooked up by the chef after a long day of fishing. Start things off with some fried green tomato's, corn fritters or smoked mullet fish spread and then dine on fresh grouper, you peel them shrimp or whatever you might have caught fishing. Enjoy the live entertainment or entertain yourself watching the sun set or the sea birds diving for dinner.

This restaurant is in the Johns Pass Village shopping center and there is plenty of metered parking out front. There is an ATM machine, change machine for the meters and public restrooms in the center of the parking lot where the information booth is.
