Whether you're just visiting the lovely beaches in Pinellas County or you're a resident, come out and enjoy the beautiful scenery while experiencing Yoga. Beginning students and experienced yogis welcome.

Classes are a combination of Iyengar yoga with Ashtanga flow and Core strengthening exercises to accommodate all levels and experience. The fresh air, cool breeze and relaxing water will help guide you through your practice.

No yoga mat needed, just bring a large beach towel or a blanket to place on the sand, comfortable clothes and an open spirit.
