When Is Winter Break for Local Public Schools?
Pinellas County students get two full weeks off for the holidays. It starts soon!
Wondering when the kids will be home? Students in St. Pete Beach and other communities in Pinellas County begin their break on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, which is a Monday. The last day of break is Friday, Jan. 4, according to the Pinellas County Schools 2012-13 calendar.
All public elementary, middle and high schools will be closed for staff and students during that time. Classes resume Monday, Jan. 7, 2013.
