.Hey hey hey. please do not call any president negative names just because you’re a vet. That doesn’t give you have more rights than any other citizen on this planet. My med is he wasn’t in office when u were in the service? Obviously you haven’t heard a darn thing this president has done to make things better for you epically. I am disgusted with all of you who are so righteous you can’t listen, then hear, then give him the credit due. Because your vote going the other way means you’re going to lose anything you gained. If u don’t want a president for all of the people then examine why you think they should just be for a select group. I will send prayer for you anger and rage to disappear. How would you like to be called negative names because you went in the service and served, came out and now condemning a president who has done more for all of the people in this country than any in a long time. Give him respect you have more medical coverage now that you did before as a vet! Please rethink what you said, and forget what anyone says about your spelling .. we understand what you meant.

THIS president has done more damage than all other's combined. Look at the national debt, read the newspaper. OMG....Look at the unemployement rate, look at the number of home foreclosures, the number of people on public assistance. WAIT until you get your tax bill for that beloved Obamacare. That isn't free my dear, you will get to pay and pay and pay for it, or the IRS will take it from you. The only anger I hear is from Obama supporters, hate hate hate. It's awful.

Funny, Obama supporters think the same of your group, hate-hate-hate. With the deep sh** mess that Bush got us into, do you honestly think that things can turn around in four years? Look at the trends objectively, maybe even optmistically and then ask yourself if you really do believe FOX and Rush?

I just want to say thank you President Obama, for stopping 750,000 jobs a month from being lost and adding jobs back every month for 30 straight months! Thank you for making it a little harder for employers to keep women down and under paid. Thank you for finally seeing that Bin Laden was caught, killed and at the bottom of the ocean. Thank you for ending "don't ask don't tell" which went against the very nature of our constitution. Thank you for having the courage to go ahead with the Affordable Care Act fully knowing it was far from perfect yet would help millions of American as we continue to refine the Act. Thank you for the Executive order to help our immigrants even though so many forget we are all immigrants. Because of all you have done and overseen, I, as a Registered Republican will vote for You!

You know full well that the demented (and largely bigoted) paranoiacs who post their atrociously written anti-Obama screeds are impervious to facts and evidence. These deranged low-information voters are blinded by their own willful ignorance and apoplectic at their deep-seated sense of self-loathing, which they further stoke by tuning in to their low-brow neofascist propaganda programs on their radios and tv sets to mindlessly absorb the loony screeching and braying of the under-educated carnival barkers who get paid to manipulate their debased passions. They're so intellectually lazy they've given up trying to think for themselves. All they can do is parrot the idiotic rants they hear on their favorite right-wing commercials, since they can't even figure out that the very purpose of these same advertisements is to whip them up into a moronic frenzy of low-class, unrefined rage.

Let them have at it. There are plenty of sane, rational people living here in downtown St Pete, and we both know it - just as we know that many of us have done the work to educate ourselves and will continue to reside in the evidence-based community where the empirical approach to problem solving is strictly adhered to, with reasons and examples culled from observable reality always provided in support of our assertions, even when we might disagree.

Some people are ill-informed and unrefined. Many of us will never go there. Guess who's at peace, and who isn't?

Vicki, I assume you also used Fahrenheit 9/11 as a reference on Bush in 2004? Because if you are going to believe one person who is going to not let facts in in the way of a good story, you will believe another. Even Conservative news sources are showing the factual inaccuracies in the 2016 movie. How can a man claim to be an expert on a subject that he hasn't even been in the same room as. Also how can you trust a source on American politics who published an article in 2001 that he sided with the Terrorists. That's a true American Source and Scholar.

There were children, seniors, middle age people like my self, gays, handicapped and some severely, all gathered to support our wonderful president, whom has faught tooth and nail for your rights and mine. You don't have to be war veteran to be a hero. He is a champion in my eyes, has worked and faught with you Republicans whom only want to do him harm. This Congress will go down in history as a do nothing Congress, strickly because of partisanship, it's sickening and totally un-American. How do you feel about them wasting your heart earned money.? Hi, Monica. I was there, too, and I couldn't agree more. The positive energy was contagious and electrifying, and the President appeared upbeat and confident as he hit the main points of his proposed agenda and eviscerated that of his tax-evading, flip-flopping, job-outsourcing, internationally-embarrassing, draft-dodging (yet war-mongering) opponent, Autmoatomney, and his pathologically lying boy sidekick, Marathon Man.

I am proud to support our president, and we both know what is at stake in this election. That's why I'm doing my part to assure that Mr. Obama remains in the White House for FOUR MORE YEARS.

Sure, the deranged, willfully ignorant, low-information GOP voters will come slithering out of the woodwork, as always, to parrot the usual vitriolic, low-brow canards they mindlessly absorb from the undereducated screamers they listen to on their favorite commercialized neofascist radio and tv shows, but none of it will ever stick. That's the real power of education - something the deranged paranoiacs of the debased far right base will never have because they were too lazy to better themselves.

I am astonished to see how much hatred is directed at Obama and how gullible people are. The very people who seem to lose most if Romney is elected are those who seem so determined to see him elected. Obama has cut EVERYONE's taxes--not just the rich. He fought for healthcare reform (which really should be called "CongressCare," since they're the ones who enacted it, finally). He is fighting right now to see that the taxes on everybody earning BELOW $200,000 stay low, raising taxes only on income above $200,001. Private sector jobs have been growing for 30 months, and, contrary to the Republicans, the "stimulus package" did work--just ask the thousands of police, teachers, and construction workers who kept their jobs until the Republican House killed the Jobs Bill. The Middle Class and average wage earners fell for George W. Bush, and look where that got us. How silly it is for people to be making that same mistake again!

they how come 23 million people are out of work - the 8.1% unemployment is misleading because it does not take into account those who are no longer even looking for work (unsing the same size work force as when Obama took office unemployment would currently be over 11%; there are 50% more people on food stamps; the national debt is about 60% higher (more in 4 years than GW Bush in 8); no budget passed by the senate Since Obama took office - including the two years democrats controlled the house & the senate as well as the oval office; a former democratic federal financial specialist - whose name i forget - said letting all the tax breaks expire will cost 1.2 million jobs / letting the tax breaks for the rich expire will cost 800, 000 jobs / continuing them all would cost ZERO jobs; of course that does not take into account the 21 (+/-) new taxes related to Obama"Care"

Sure, President Obama inherited a tough economy. But enough already. He knew and stated how bad it was, and he promised that if we implemented his agenda, the economy and debt would vastly improve. He implemented his agenda, yet the economy is still doing terribly, and the debt is dramatically worse. He still refuses to accept responsibility for his failures. He has no new ideas and offers the same failed policies and promises nothing but prolonged malaise if he's re-elected. Under a second Obama term, we'd experience catastrophic financial collapse.
Obama is obliterating the promise of equal opportunity for all, exploiting class, racial, gender and ethnic divisions, destroying our domestic energy industry, demonizing business, smothering the private sector, shoving Obamacare down our throats, giving us double-digit actual unemployment, bankrupting the nation and pushing America toward decline.
The economy only added 96,000 jobs last month; the monthly average for 2012 had been 139,000. A staggering 5.2 million have been out of work for at least 27 weeks. Though our population has grown by 31 million since April 2000, we now have fewer people working. Our employment numbers are way worse off than they were when the recession began at the end of 2007.

In addition, millions more are on food stamps and Social Security disability, and millions fewer are paying any federal income taxes in Obama's America.

Let's be serious, Rick. You are sadly mistaken when you say that Obama "implemented his agenda." The Republicans, both in the House and Senate, have kept him from implementing a jobs bill, from implementing as vigorous a stimulus package as he wanted, and keeping the legislature tied up in knots over battles over a debt ceiling--debt stemming from the previous administration's off-the-books spending for Iraq and Afghanistan, in large. The debt that Obama has incurred has been paying George Bush's bills, no matter how you choose to cut it.

Mr Blank, now you are demonstrating either how ignorant, or how maliciously devious, you really are.

As someone who watched the sale of my house collapse two days after the S&P downgrade, losing $45,000 for what I had to finally reduce it by to get a new buyer, I watched every piddling and insane Congressional dysfunction on the debt ceiling increase debate that led up to that downgrade.

Obama had a deal with Speaker of the House John Boehner, but the idiots in the Tea Party component of Boehner's GOP caucus killed that deal, and the US government went right up to the cliff; S & P simply watched in shock and disbelief as Congress played games with our future.

Only someone who had not watched what went on, or someone who is trying to lie for the advantage of Romney, would make the statement that you made.

It was the House of Representatives, and not Obama or the Senate.

Our country faces an unprecedented debt crisis, primarily driven by our entitlement programs. We have more than $100 trillion of unfunded liabilities -- a staggering, incomprehensible number -- and we are on a collision course with national bankruptcy.

Obama has offered no solutions; his Democratic majority in the Senate has failed to produce a budget in 1,200 days; and they have both obstructed the Republicans' proposed remedies. It's as if it's a game with these people and our crushing national debt is but a trifling matter.

Obama is not only obstructing budget reform; it's almost as if he is trying to make matters worse. He has added a new major entitlement, Obamacare, and has continued to amass annual budget deficits in excess of $1 trillion, and his latest 10-year budget revealed he would continue to do so. Instead of reducing spending, he has demanded yet more "stimulus" spending and is ushering in the largest tax increase in U.S. history, which is guaranteed to further smother growth and probably worsen our debt problem.

Have you considered immigrating to another country without so many problems? You seem overwhelmed and unable to come up with solutions. You may prefer to live somewhere else. Americans I know who love their country aren't giving up or giving in to negativity. Each of us is working hard to support reasonable, common sense solutions to problems that have taken decades to create and will need all of us working together to control. Americans are trying to create healthy communities and bright futures for everyone. There are many good things that are happening in the United States. More people under 25 have good health insurance. Soon if GOP governors cooperate many more people will have an alternative to ER's for their health care. President Bush II's war in Iraq is over. Instead of losing 700,000 jobs/month, jobs are being created in the private sector. 95% of Americans received a tax cut in 2012. Once President Obama's Jobs bill passes more teacher, police and firefighters will get their jobs back. Cheer up. Life can be good if you have a positive attitude.

John Edwards cheated on his wife who was sick and died, he will never be in any office again unless it's the doctor's office, he lost his wife, his girlfriend, his place in society. Bill Clinton is still married to the same woman and continues daily doing more for the human race than the whole of the GOP does in a decade! Please, who is next Wiener?? In the meantime 8% and dropping is an awesome feat. My advise for you both after the election is to spend all your time berating the president so in 2016 the GOP again will not be a factor!

And, yes, you can pick the names of Democrats who have done similar things.

I guess it's the mentality of "Let Uncle Sam do it" once again,I would like to see some of you fiberals take responsibility just one time, just once. "
I believe the government pushed teaching absentance under Bush, so "fiberals" as you like to label them aren't the only ones on the government teaching people how to live their lives.
As far as Socialism, the Democratics agenda is about as much about true Socialism as Republican agenda is about corporate dictatorship. Those are both labels set forth by the the two parties propaganda media machines. Both lie, both mislead.

Jan,
Look at our famous forfathers and you will see John Adams is the closest to what you are terming as a Christian now. As far as media in the America, is controlled by both parties. As far as God being apart of our Nation's Founding the only place they are referenced in our Constitution is in the statement "in the year of our Lord" which was the proper way to state the year during that time period. Our Currency didn't mention him until the Union added it in 1863 to help moral against the Confederate Army. And the phrase "One Nation Under God" wasn't added to the pledge until 1954 to help our nations moral against communism.
It is time to truly do your research Jan B. Actually look at sources that are not donaters to a political party. That aren't trying to sell and agenda. Because all the "facts" you posted in your post, are opinions that are being sold by propaganda machines. Please don't say "IT IS A FACT !!" unless it actual is a fact. I find most people only scream about saying facts are always selling opinions. The Original attitudes and beliefs of this country were on religious freedom, and if you read the documents that founded this country. And the historical accurate accounts of the men who developed this country (not the battle communism fake historical garbage from the mid 1900's). This country was based to combat the government and religion being forced on it's people.

This man is a foreign affairs catastrophe!
"Romney blew it and revealed how seriously maladroit he is when it comes to foreign affairs and national security," in regard to recent embassy killings.

Yeah, right, just like Reagan was responsible for the 241 American Marines and Sailors killed in the Beirut terrorist bombing in 1983.

That's total bull crap, NSI, and you know it.

Reagan wasn't responsible for those 241 Americans killed in that terrorist attack, and Obama is not responsible for Tuesday's terrorist attack in Benghazi.

Besides, Ambassador Stevens was loved by the Libyan people, as was made clear on several news programs today, but you probably wouldn't know that because you don't listen to objective news programs.

You should be praising the martyred Ambassador, who took more risks with the Libyan people than many foreign service envoys would take.

And you should be expressing sympathy for his family, and the families of the other brave Americans whose lives were lost in that terrorist attack.

Blame the terrorists, and don't blame the American Government.

But, that wouldn't serve your political cause, would it?

Even Sen. McCain's former Chief of Staff, and senior advisor in his 2008 campaign, told Romney that his comments were way out of line: "But this is hardly the issue or the moment to demonstrate a greater resolve to take the fight to the president. Four good Americans, brave and true, have just died in service to their country. They were killed because some of the Libyans who fought a civil war for freedom, or cynically pretended freedom was their cause, do not really approve or understand freedom’s values. Nothing said or done by the president or anyone in the U.S. government is responsible for the violence that led to their deaths...But, please, let’s refrain from making this terrible loss an occasion for more unfair and hyperbolic sound bites in a campaign that is already depressingly oversupplied with them on both sides.

For now, let us just bury and mourn our dead, and strengthen our resolve to defend the American values and interests they died for, with the courage and patriotism they exemplified."

That is a man who loves his country, more than his political party, and you need to take a lesson from him, NSI.
