What a great event! So much good information, shared knowledge and insight that I had to take notes. I walked away after listening to the panel of speakers and Michael C. From the restaurant "Bowled" that the customers / consumers must feel like they are a part of the community and having a sense of belonging is equally as important as using any social networking platform.
