May 7

John Boyer, 42, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island police and charged with felony battery. He is currently awaiting trial on a $5,000 bond.

Gary Lawhorn, 25, of Riverview, was arrested by Indian Shores Police and charged with violation of parole for reckless driving. He was released from jail on a $5,000 bond.

May 9

Gary Howay, 64, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with simple battery. He is currently awaiting trial on a $500 bond. 

Kenneth Sugg, 50, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He was released from jail on a $1,000 bond. 

May 10

Lisa Allred, 49, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with domestic battery and simple battery. She was released on her own recognizance. 

Forrest Dailey, 65, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with DUI (3rd offense). He was released from jail on a $5,000 bond. 

Wendy Vargo, 40, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with driving with a suspended license and violation of parole for DUI. She was released from jail on a $750 bond. 

May 11

Kenneth Sugg, 50, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Lisa Underhill, 51, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with resisting arrest without violence and domestic battery. She is awaiting trial on a $1,650 bond. 

Justin Wilson, 25, of Dunedin, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with violation of parole for robbery and DUI. He is currently awaiting trial. 

May 12

Jason Allison, 38, of Clearwater, was arrested by Indian Shores Police and charged with a DUI. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Gina Carchidi, 38, of Holiday, was arrested by Indian Shores Police and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence. She was released from jail. 

Michael Frontera, 49, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with sleeping/camping in a public space. He was released from jail. 

Bruce Jones, 38, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with a DUI. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Kathleen Lollis, 50, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with domestic battery. She was released on her own recognizance. 

Kenneth Martin, 36, of New Port Richey, was arrested by Indian Shores Police and charged with failing to register vehicle, resisting arrest without violence and DUI. He was released from jail on a $5,500 bond. 

May 13

Nicholas Musco, 18, of Seminole, was arrested by Indian Shores Police and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. He was released from jail on a $250 bond. 

Patrick Osullivan, 28, of Seminole, was arrested by Treasure Island Police on charges of fleeing and eluding and grand theft. He is awaiting trial on a $7,000 bond. 

Rebecca Potter, 49, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with domestic battery. She is awaiting trial. 

Lynn Roques, 53, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with refusing to sign traffic citation and DUI. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
