Just saw the article and thought I might give you an update on the properties
4525 Cove Circle, is still active on the market for 123 days.
354 Boca Ciega Dr, under contract, supposed to close on 2/15 and it is a Short Sale.
12901 Gulf Lane is under contract and supposed to close on Jan. 19th
17721 Long Point Dr, still active, on the market for 92 days and it is a Short sale.
