St. Petersburg

Miss Florida Pageant and Miss Florida Outstanding Teen Pageant has reached it's final stage. You can watch as over 40 women compete for over $50,000 in scholarship money. The event starts at 5 p.m. and is at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg. For more details on tickets and prices, check out the Mahaffey website.

Gulfport

Why not try supporting a bit of local art? Check out Gulfport's First Friday Art Walk and check out all the various art pieces from the local vendors around Gulfport. If you get hungry while you go, you cna always make sure to snage some great food from any of the many local restaurants.

Beaches

It's making up to be a wonderful weekend to explore some of local spots on the beaches, and we reccomend that you check out Pass-A-Grille. With a great variety of local shops and restaurants, it makes for a great afternoon walk-around spot. You can easily hit up the beach and go grab an ice cream or drink right after.
