Five Things on the Beach: Hi Neighbor!

It's a good day to be like Mr. Rogers.

1.) December is "Hi Neighbor" month. If you've never got a chance to meet your neighbors, now is the time. Maybe say hello while you take down the holiday lights.

2.) Like the painting, but want instant gratification? An Action Painting class will be going on tomorrow at the St. Pete Beach Rec Center. It's all about a fast and easy technique that anyone can pick up.

3.) If you have kids who have trouble reading out loud, take them to meet Tucker. Tucker is a listening dog who comes down to the St. Pete Beach library. He helps kids get comfortable reading out loud and in public. Not only that, but Tucker is a sweetheart and very attentive. He'll be at the library starting at 4 p.m.

4.) Chocolate Covered Cherries will be out playing tonight at Caddy's. Tonight may be rainy (hopefully not!) but, it still should be a good night to hit up the beach, grab a drink and listen to some tunes.

5.) Here's your Tuesday Forecast. It'll be mostly cloudy with s chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning and then likely showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs will be in the lower 70s with a 70 percent chance of rain.
