DeLosa's menu is simple and true to its Italian roots. Wings, subs and pasta plates are available, but the most notable option is probably the pizza. With a tasty red sauce and fresh vegetables like artichokes and mushrooms, there are not a lot of places that can compete with the flavor of DeLosa's pizza.

To be honest, pizza has always been my favorite food. There is something about a fresh pie that makes me feel at home. I don't discriminate when it comes to pizza. Whether it's topped with extra cheese or loaded with veggies, there is no wrong way to enjoy a pie.

Recently, I indulged in a mixed vegetable pizza that I created on my own. A medium pie starts at $11.95 and each additional topping adds $1.75. I told the crew at DeLosa's to throw some artichokes, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and banana peppers onto my medium pizza.

The taste was undoubtedly one of the best I've ever had, as far as pizza is concerned. And trust me, I've tried a lot of pizza over the years.
